When the Services are used to create, send, route, or analyze communications, we may process personal data relating to the sender and recipient, including names, addresses, channel identifiers, message content, subject lines, attached media, delivery timestamps, delivery status, engagement events, unsubscribe events, and related campaign metadata.

When users interact with ReachDem pages, shortened links, digital business card pages, or Links by ReachDem profiles, we may collect data such as page views, link clicks, referral sources, approximate geolocation inferred from IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, session activity, timestamps, campaign attribution parameters, and other interaction metrics.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, notices, and lawful basis to collect, upload, use, and communicate with their contacts through the Services. This includes complying with applicable privacy laws, anti-spam rules, telecom rules, messaging platform policies, and unsubscribe or opt-out obligations.

ReachDem does not independently determine the intended recipients of customer campaigns or the legality of customer outreach. However, we reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or restrict activity that appears unlawful, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with our terms or platform rules.
